Reson Tech LLC ("ResonTech", "we", "us", or "our") operates the GPU Training-as-a-Service platform at reson.tech. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully.

• Log data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and request timestamps

1.3 Training Data & Model Artifacts

We process training datasets, scripts, configurations, and model outputs you submit to run your jobs. This data is processed solely to execute your workloads and is not accessed for any other purpose.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage billing
• To communicate with you about your account, jobs, and updates
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• To comply with legal obligations
• To generate aggregated, anonymized analytics about platform usage (no personal data included)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your training data or model artifacts to train our own models.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third parties that assist us in operating the platform (e.g., payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers), under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to affected users
• Protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of ResonTech, our users, or others

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Training data, job artifacts, and associated files are retained for the duration specified in your service plan and deleted thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
